What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original packaging, tags, shoe box, and bags included. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy linked in the footer.
To start a return, please use our Return Portal and enter your order number and ZIP code.
(Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.)
Please note:
• Returns for sale items, orders purchased with discount codes, and Black Friday purchases are eligible for store credit only.
• We do not accept returns for worn shoes or items missing original packaging.

How are your exchanges?
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Start the request through the Return Portal, and our team will assist with size or style availability.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue right away.
Are your shoes true to size?
Most of our styles fit true to size. However, some designs include specific fit notes in the product description — for example, certain lined styles may require ordering a half-size or full size up for the best fit. We always recommend checking the sizing details on each product page before completing your order.
What if an item is sold out?
